At first listen, I would have never pegged this track for a Monstercat release but finding out that it is somehow makes me all that more intrigued. While Anevo‘s guitar-driven production is solid if not spectacular it really doesn’t have to be considering Jae-Mi‘s smoky and succulent vocals. Again, Jae-Mi absolutely steals the show here but give credit where credit is due: Anevo strays outside of his comfort zone to deliver a superb new release.
