Israeli singer/songerwriter, Asaf Avidan scored a huge hit internationally with his track “One Day” which went platinum in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Italy. But making headroom in the US has not been quite as easy as in the European Union. In October, Avidan will be releasing his new single “Different Pulses” to see if that can make a dent. Listening to the single however, it does not appear as though the track is radio bound. Asaf Avidan’s vocals are a little unnerving; at times he sounds like Macy Grey or contrastingly his vocals get so high that he sounds like a screeching cat.
