Israel-born singer/songwriter Asaf Avidan is preparing to release his new album, Gold Shadow on February 3rd. The album’s latest single is “The Jail That Sets You Free.” The track sets Avidan’s androgynous vocals over bouncing bass, bluesy guitar, and Spoon-esque drums. The track really comes together during the handclaps and shaker breakdown.
