BLU J “HDLCK”

When I see a track that has an Imogen Heap influence, I know it’s going to be of high quality. With that comes the latest from BLU J. “HDLCK” is a groovy house track with some slight bass tendencies. The verse is filled with gentle arpeggios stringing you along with the vocals until a pause, followed by a quick build to the drop. Then BOOM, you’ve got yourself a lighter side bass house track that is nothing but steady grooves from start to finish. I’d say my favorite part about this one is the outro, which says something considering how awesome the rest of the track is. Vocals and more arpeggios combine to morph to a single sound that rings out ending the track in spectacular fashion.
