Ducktails, the “solo” project of Real Estate‘s Matt Mondanile, recently announced their Domino Records debut. The album will be released in January but the lead single is here now. It is called “The Flower Lane” and it reminds me a little of Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti.
