Canadian rapper, Cadence Weapon must be trying to reinvent himself as a remixer because “Dollar Chills” is the second remix I have received from him within a week. Last week, he dropped his remix of Liars; this week it is DZ Deathrays. Unlike the Liars’ track, Cadence Weapon does not add a rapped verse of his own but he does give the DZ Deathrays track a fly 80s, moog-filled remix. It sounds like The Moog Cookbook covering Herbie Hancock‘s “Rockit.”
