When I think of essential 90s slow jams, Ginuwine‘s “Pony” is pretty much at the top of my list. Now the track gets a modern makeover from Don Winsley. Winsley recreates Timbaland‘s vocoded bassline in modern dirty electro terms and replaces the start/stop rhythm with a much more steady live drum sound.
