Toronto based indie-rock musician Alannah Kavanagh aka Grizzly Coast is preparing to release her new EP in early 2020. Her latest single is “High-Functioning,” a poppy slice of guitar rock. With a manic energy mirroring the anxiety she is singing about, the song lets you enjoy it’s fun exterior but delving deeper into her lyricism shows a darker side of mental health.
