Rapper, Guilty Simpson is preparing to release a collaborative album with Philly based producer Small Professor called Highway Robbery on September 24th. The latest leak from the album is “I’m the City.” The track, which features Detroit rapper Boldy James, has an old skool hip hop feel enhanced by DJ scratching from Statik Selektah.
