Premiere: Holy ’57 “Venice, CA”

The UK is not known for their sun and beaches but that didn’t stop them from producing tropical indie band, Holy ’57. Although he had to export his beach experiences for “Venice, CA”, the track is the perfect song to transition from a harsh winter into the warmth of spring. The song’s reverbed guitars and shuffling beat are reminiscent of Vampire Weekend while the sentiments of getting high on Venice beach are so Lana Del Rey.

“Venice, CA” will be featured on Holy ’57’s upcoming EP, O.
