Dutch artist iET released her first full-length album last month. Called Clarity, the album was packed with sultry vocals and vintage instruments. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere, The Travel remix of the album single “Resonate.”
If the Travel does not sound familiar to you, it may be because he is better known as Dutch Breakcore producer Deformer. Under this new pseudonym, Deformer creates a pathos-filled remix. The first two minutes feature a stripped down arrangement of acoustic guitar and vocals with some little electronic flourishes thrown in. It is not until the third minute that the remix really fills out. With reverbed guitars and slow burning drums, the remix of “Resonate” concludes sounding like a new James Bond theme song.
