British singer/songwriter, Jay Sean is preparing to release his fourth studio album next month called Neon. The album’s lead single is “Mars,” an R&B slow jam that sounds somewhere between Usher and Frank Ocean. Rick Ross guests on the track to give it a little extra urban flare.
