Eight years since his last album, 2013 is being hailed as the return of Juelz Santana. Our first glimpse at his new album is “Soft,” a hood single featuring Rick Ross, Meek Mill, and Fabolous. Although I’m not impressed with Rick Ross’ hook, Juelz sounds as good as ever.
