What is Kate Tempest? On the British vocalists latest single, it is hard to tell if she’s a spoken word artist or a rapper. Her stream-of-words style is equal parts Bob Dylan‘s “Subterranean Homesick Blues” and Floetry’s “Floetic.” No matter what you believe Tempest is, “A Hammer” is a pretty compelling track.
