German band, Lingua Nada are preparing to release their new album Djinn on September 27th. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the music video for the new single “Habiba.”
The track sounds somewhere between electronica and rock, similar to Ratatat or Adebisi Shank. The video however is much more akin to Dire Straits’ “Money for Nothing.” The band is put into a Nintendo Wii looking island world that keeps shattering apart. The video is definitely weird but enough to hold your interest all the way through.
