Lorde‘s single “Green Light” is filled with vitriol which is only enhanced by its fairly stripped down instrumental. Hotel Garuda flip the track into more standard EDM fare. Despite the lush synths and downright jaunty pianos on the chorus, the remix does not completely wipe out the disdain of the vocals. Big ups to Hotel Garuda for being able to strike that balance.
