Las Vegas isn’t generally the most calming place in the US but that doesn’t stop Mokhov from making some chill music. Their latest single starts with what sounds like waves on a beach before a deep house beat and some bouncing synth bleeps are added. If you like Todd Terje or Orbital, “Dream Spectrum” is for you.
