I reviewed Mikey Mo’s album, Rule By Decree last year. I gave the album a little less than flattering review, giving it a 4.8/10. Mikey Mo had the courage to send me his new EP, Concrete Written. The best track on the EP for me is “Filet Mignon.” Like the meat, this is a prime cut with its orchestral beat enhanced by a sub-bass synth. Over it Mike Mo raps about his home, the Bay Area.
