Singapore’s Poplin just released their debut EP, Une Débutante Au Jeu. The EP’s title track is a mixture of bossanova, chanson, and lounge. It kind of sounds like something The Avalanches would have produced. The only disappointing factor is that despite its French title, the lyrics are completely in English. Check it out.
