Los Angeles-based trio Scouts are preparing to release their debut album. The album’s first single is “Skeleton.” They sound like All American Rejects covering Phoenix. It is a weird combo that sounds more at home at the Warped Tour than among the critically acclaimed but it is guilty pleasure-level catchy.
