New England’s Oberon Rose is a Pop/Rock band that is built around the songwriting team of Tommy Oberon and Rebecca Rose. The band released their sophomore album Tell Me All About It on April 6th. The album’s latest single is “No Stranger;” Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the video for it.
“No Stranger” is an up-tempo track reminiscent of the 2000s garage rock revival bands like the Fratellis or the Mooney Suzuki. The video follows suit by having a 2005 iPod commercial vibe with shadowy band members but the kaleidoscopic paisley background gives it a psychedelic edge. The visuals get almost hypnotizing but the catchy song is what will really get inside your head.
