Esoteric rapper/singer Pigeon John is preparing to release his new album, Good Sinner on September 23rd. The album’s lead single is “That’s What I Like.” With the whistling intro and acoustic guitar backbone, the track is reminiscent of Fitz and the Tantrums‘ hit “The Walker.” With Pigeon John’s previous success in licensing his track “The Bomb,” it would not surprise me to hear “That’s What I Like” in the background of TV commercials coming soon.
