Waterbury, CT based band, Poor Legacy just released their new single, “Leave a Legacy.” Comprised of frontman Nailz, D-Note (keyboardist), and E-Rhythm (Drummer), its hard not to compare them to other live hip hop bands like the Roots or Crown City Rockers. As a lyricist Nailz aptly mixes an uplifting message with witty word play. Lines like “some do it for the green and change like Bruce Banner” show a knack for delivering deep lines with packed similes.
