Of all the mashup artists I post, not many have been consistently unique as Ridgewood Social Club. Rarely has the duo ever lazily put together overused samples and sent it out to a million blogs. Take in point the first track from their new EP, Late Bloomers. The track uses the much-hyped but seldom-sampled Azealia Banks along side the 90s dance classic “Rockafeller Skank”. The only track that gets regularly used in mashups is Bingo Players‘ “Rattle.”
