“Drop It Like It’s Hot” is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. In celebration, Rhythm Scholar remixes the classic Snoop Dogg hit. Although not strictly a mash-up, Rhythm Scholar uses samples from several 70s films including blaxploitation film The Mack, classic comedy Car Wash, and Clint Eastwood’s Magnum Force. The result is a funky roller rink jam perfect for Saturday night free skate.
