It is hard to recreate Florence + The Machine so its best if you don’t even try. Story of Luc of take “Sky Full Of Song” in a completely different direction creating an understand synth-pop cover of the track. With a retro 80s synth bass sound and otherwise fairly ambient production, the cover has the same sparseness as the original without trying to ape it.
