Auckland, NZ’s This Pale Fire is preparing to release his debut full-length, Alchemy on November 10th. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the video for the lead single “Northern Lights.” The video stars This Pale Fire aka Corban Koschak as a guest on a radio show’s “Wacky Wednesday.” What Koschak brings to the show is not quite as wacky as it is emotion inducing and the host quickly realizes that. The video shows the various ways Koschak and the host are alone. He is alone in the studio playing the song and she is alone listening. The song mixes beauty with sadness and melancholy and the video mimics that perfectly.
