After winning a Dada Life remix contest, Athens GA producer Phiness has been gaining major support. His latest bootleg is a take on Tiesto‘s “Wasted.” Phiness gives the track a nice progressive house take but the highlight has to be the alt-folk breakdown utilizing just acoustic guitar and the acapella; it works so well but comes a little too early in the track for me.
