On January 10, Tnertle will be headlining their biggest show yet at Cervantes’ Masterpiece in their hometown of Denver. To celebrate, the band just released their new single, “Upemba’s Revenge.” Band leader, Trent Campbell said “We had one friend always encouraging us to do a ‘Latin’ song and this is the closest we’ve come yet.” He continues “it has a solid groove throughout the song while the melodies weave in and out to give the song some real pop!” That pop really comes in the form of the brass section which packs all the power of the Dap-Kings with just as much funkiness.
