Los Angeles-based The Two Friends are not exclusively mashup artists, having released remixes as well as original tracks. But as far as mashups go, their have been some of my favorite. Take their new track “One Blind Whistle-Blow” as a case in point. While many other mashers are concerned with making music you can rage to, The Two Friends are sampling Third Eye Blind‘s 90’s classic “The Jumper” to create an acoustic-y yet dancy mashup.
