Providence, RI quartet A Troop of Echoes are gearing up to release their record The Longest Year on Record on May 19th. The album’s lead single is “Small Fires,” a post-rock instrumental. While bands like Explosions In The Sky, Godspeed You Black Emperor, etc can sometimes sound the same, A Troop of Echoes distinguish themselves by having lead saxophone.
