Arnie Wrong “Not My Job”

London-based singer/songwriter, Arnie Wrong just released her new single, “Not My Job.” The track mixes elements of electro-pop and drum n bass to create a dark and moody single. The lyrics, however, are cheekier than the instrumental would let on. With a chorus of “rock bottom has a basement,” Wrong spends much of the song listing things that rock bottom is lower than. The first that caught my attention was “lower than your Uber rating” but later you hear “lower than my BMI,” “lower than my self-esteem,” and more. It ends up feeling like Pokemon where you want to catch every simile.
