My first post the day was a funky G house 2Pac remix and it looks like I’ll be continuing on in a similar vein with another remix of a classic, this time of 2000s boyband wonder Backstreet Boys. I was a little too young to really get into the Backstreet Boys during their original run of success, but I’m glad I got to hear this wonderful remix by Mr. Larsson which might just jumpstart my interest. Airbrushed with a touch of tropical influences with chimes and steel drums, Mr. Larsson’s remix really gives this track a sleek, modern feel. There’s also the added bonus of synthesizers which balances the track delicately between modern and 80s disco influences – what more could you want?!
