Pittsburgh rapper, Beedie just released his Brainorchestra-produced LP, Kingpen. The album’s latest single is “Crunch Time” which features legendary West coast rapper Planet Asia. Brainorchestra’s haunting minimalistic beat provides the backdrop for the emcees’ verses. Planet Asia’s verse is particularly impressive namechecking the Dalai Lama, Bodhidharma, Siddhartha, and Mumia Abu-Jamal.
