Canadian singer, Chris Storrow is preparing to release his new album, The Ocean’s Door on February 5th. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere the album’s lead single “A True Christian.” Beginning with heavenly organs, it is easy to jump to conclusions that this is going to be actual Christian rock song but the song quickly fills out into a power pop jam. Reminiscent of AC Newman, it is no surprise that there is more than just a Canadian connection between the two; Kurt Dahle of New Pornographers fame plays drums on the track!
