Dan Deacon‘s music can only really be called weird. His brand of eccentric synth pop is pretty busy to say the least. “Feel The Lightning” is no different. Between the psychedelic synths and the buzz saw bass, the female vocals almost feel buried in the mix. The only place the vocals really stand out is when the chorus comes in with computer manipulated male vocals talking about going crazy.
