Thomas Day started off his set with leaps and bounds, literally. The twenty-something running, jumping, and stomping his shoes all over the stage. His energy was contagious and had the crowd moving along with him. He frequently interacted with the crowd and pointed out fans, having all the girls screaming in response. He even treated the fans to a piano number. Day’s set was well rounded, offering a range of styles and energy levels.

The arena lights dimmed and silhouettes of the band flashed across the white curtain suspended in front of the stage. Anticipation grew as music began playing over the speakers. And just like that, the curtain fell, revealing the band and the crowd went wild. After their first song, Ross Lynch took to the mic to show his appreciation for the fans and their warm welcome. Their fifteen song setlist took the crowd through their whole discography, favorites: “Touch”, “Malibu” making it the set, as well as 3 unreleased songs, and a surprise cover of INXS‘ “Need You Tonight”. Ross Lynch knows how to cater to his female crowd, shedding layers throughout the night until he was shirtless for the last half of the show. The Driver Era ended the night with a three song encore: “Rumors”, “Get off my phone”, and while adorning a pink cowboy hat with fur trim, the night was closed out with “A Kiss” goodnight.
