Despite their name, Dutch Criminal Record hail from the south coast of England. Their new single, "00's Nostalgia" mixes dreamy jangle pop guitar and lush vocal harmonies. It sounds somewhere between Martha and the Muffins and Murmur-era R.E.M. It is a nostalgic sound for sure just maybe a few decades before the 2000s.
