After unleashing the first single from his debut album last week, GRMLN returns with a non-album track, a cover of Vampire Weekend‘s “The Kids Don’t Stand A Chance.” The cover builds in GRMLN’s love for reverbed guitars but the electronic beat is new for the artist. Still the track might play it too safe, staying closely to the original. I would’ve preferred a more out and out surf cover of the track.
