Male/female duo, Holy Golden have been writing and recording a new album in Rhode Island. Surviving the Golden Age is excited to premiere one of their new tracks, “Cut Up in Rows.” Although the track is newly released, the band says it was “the first song we ever wrote, camping along Highway 1 during a road trip through California. It’s about how the realities you discover as you get older sometimes seem wilder than the lie you told yourself.” With a strong dream pop vibe, the track is reminiscent of contemporaries like Best Coast or Lush.
