Hoodie notes of the track “‘Numbers’ was actually the first song I made for the album back in August 2012. It was very hard for me to hold on to it this long but I’m really glad I did because I think it’s the sort of song that my fans have grown to love me for. In ‘Numbers’ I reflect on the feeling of finding yourself and your purpose in a world that often feels impossibly big. I wanted to release ‘Numbers’ early because it also represents how long and hard we’ve been working on this debut album.”
