The speed metal duo Indian Handcrafts keep the dynamics loud in “The Divider.” Taken from the upcoming album Creeps, out October 2, this preview contains a fast tempo and gritty dual vocals, reminiscent of Metallica. The forceful chords of Brandyn Aikins along with the persistent beat of Daniel Allen drown out the song’s unadorned lyrics. A breakdown introduces a mellow backing to the smooth licks of the focal electric strings; which continues on to an intricate bridge showcasing the prowess of Aikins with a guitar.
