Feeling inspired by London’s particular pre-Brexit scenes, the track was meant to portray “a certain nostalgia or longing for a simpler time” said Invoker. With punchy breakbeats and dark synth bass, the track feels foreboding but ever rising and falling synthpads give it the necessary warmth.
