Sydney collective Iron Gate Sound are preparing to release their new EP, Different Hours. The first single is “Wickedest.” Featuring UK grime rapper RTkal, the track is a new direction for IGS who are mostly known for reggae-dancehall. “The UK grime and dubstep sound has always been a big part of what we do, especially in our live shows”, says IGS member Gilsun. “Producing an EP focused on that sound and working with vocalists of this caliber has been an incredible experience for us.” You can say that again. RTkal spits an incredibly fast flow that you can comprehend the lyrics to but don’t even bother to try to rap along.
