Los Angeles singer/songwriter, June Swoon just released her new single, “Play Something I Know.” She said of the track “I started writing it when Trump was elected and finished it during the pandemic.” Despite the tumultuous times the song was completed during, there is a playfulness in Swoon’s lyrics compliments but the lo-fi rock sound and punk aesthetic.
