“Fakin It” has absolutely been one of my favourite tunes of 2016 so far so you can probably imagine my thrill when I found out that Hotel Garuda, one of my favourite house duos, were handed the stems on a platter and told to go wild. While the original had immense emotional depth from start to finish, Hotel Garuda’s remix is absolutely the one that I want to be hearing at the club or getting ready to dance. It’s fun, it’s energetic, it’s groovy, and most of all it’s everything I could have wanted from a remix of this track and so much more!
