MADic “Twenty Five”

Brooklyn rapper, MADic just dropped his new single, “Twenty Five.” Interpolating “We Don’t Care,” MADic raps “Word, Kanye, we still alive/We wasn’t ‘posed to make it past twenty five but we here” on the tracks chorus. But “Twenty Five” isn’t as light hearted as “We Don’t Care.” MADic describes the track as “a reflective song that uses the idea that black men are not supposed to make it past the age of twenty five as a reason to pause and take a moment for self reflection.” He continues “the lyrics reflect on the struggles of everyday life, alcohol abuse, regret, love lost, and more.”
