Magdalena Bay “Story”

Los Angeles duo, Magdalena Bay just released their new EP, A Little Rhythm and a Wicked Feeling. The latest single from the album is “Story.” With it relatively sparsely instrumented verses, it makes the track’s synth-power arena-sized chorus stand out even more. “Every artist gets a reality check at some point about how rough the music industry is. We wrote ‘Story’ after the first time our hopes and dreams were dashed,” explains lead singer, Mica Tenenbaum. “The song is a look back at our previously naive selves, who thought it would all be so easy- as if!”
