The legendary, Man Or Astroman? are preparing to release their first album in 12 years. ICalled Defcon 5…4…3…2…1, the album will be released on May 21st. The second leak from the album is “Communication Breakdown, Pt. II,” a menacing surf-rock track with some electronic flourishes mixed in.
