Boston’s Medical Maps released their LP, That is That back in March. The latest single from the album is “Riptide.” The verses are reminiscent of Cap’n Jazz with the complex guitar noodling and slacker rock-style vocals. The chorus is a little more of a party with a catchy hook and sing-along vocals. It makes for an interesting dichotomy but ultimately it is what makes Medical Maps so interesting.
